Behind the Lens-A Little About Me

The most important thing that I could tell you about myself is that I have finally figured out what makes me truly happy, and this, photography, is it. I can’t take the credit though, for this discovery. That praise belongs only to the Lord, who has patiently shaped and molded my heart through three years of nursing school. He has been gently bringing me to the realization that I chose nursing because I was scared to step out and truly trust His plan, scared to pick a major that was not “safe” or “reliable”. I am realizing though, that as Christians, we aren’t made for the boat-we are made (and called) to step out on the water in faith and follow hard after Him and His calling for our lives. So that is exactly what I’m learning to do-I’ve switched my major and am letting go, albeit a little at a time, of my plans in exchange for His.
